What is an Occupational Therapist?

OTs help people of all ages build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and improve quality of life through assessment and personalised intervention.

Why do I need an Occupational Therapist?

We help make everyday tasks easier, build skills, and support you at home, school, or work based on your goals.

What are the benefits of in-home therapy and assessment?

Assessing in your typical environment shows real-life barriers and supports better skill transfer into daily routines.

It depends on individual needs. We aim to support you toward safe, independent living and step back when services are no longer required.

I haven’t seen an Occupational Therapist before, what do I do?
