MEET OUR TEAM

Meet the Strive to Thrive Therapy Team

Good Occupational Therapy is built on trust, practical thinking and people who take the time to understand what matters.

Meet the clinicians and support staff behind Strive to Thrive Therapy. We work together to help adults feel more confident and independent at home and in the community, while giving our Occupational Therapists the support they need to do thoughtful, sustainable work.

Supporting adults across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and Redlands.

How we work together

We are intentional about how we support clients, communicate with one another and manage the work around each Occupational Therapy appointment.

Good outcomes depend on more than a single assessment or report. They come from clear communication, practical collaboration and a team that has enough time and support to think carefully.

Purposeful care

We focus on what matters in everyday life and provide recommendations that are practical, clear and connected to each person’s goals.

Kindness and curiosity

We listen, ask questions and take the time to understand each person’s routines, environment and priorities.

Real support

Supervision, case discussion and practical help are part of the way our team works, not something people need to chase.

Sustainable practice

Realistic workloads and protected administration time help our Occupational Therapists provide thoughtful and consistent care.

Meet our Occupational Therapists

Our Occupational Therapists bring different strengths and experience, but they share the same commitment to practical, person-centred support.

Lisa Nguyen

Founder, Principal Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead

Lisa founded Strive to Thrive Therapy to create a place where clients receive thoughtful, practical support and clinicians can do meaningful work without being pushed towards an unsustainable pace.

She provides clinical direction across the team, supports complex work and mentors Occupational Therapists as they build confidence and capability in community practice.

Lisa brings energy, curiosity and a strong belief that everyone deserves the chance to live with greater independence, dignity and choice.

Outside work, you will usually find Lisa spending time with her family, searching for a good coffee and pastry, or tending to her bees.
