Often, no. Many providers only need the relevant details to set up supports or understand your goals. You can start with the summary, then share extra plan pages only if someone explains why they need them.
Will this tell me exactly what NDIS will fund?
No. Every plan is different. This tool helps you record key details and know what to check, but it does not guarantee that any support will be funded.
What if I do not know every answer?
